-udong and milo(1 cup)

-1 bowl of rice
-pork collar (0.5-0.6kg)

-Watermelon (100g)
-sandwiches (2 pieces)

Tuesday

-2 milos
-one hamburger from Sam Snack

-1 bowl of rice and soy bean stew
